Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Olaes Technology Group Corp ("OTG," "we," "us"), a software development and consulting firm based in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, collects and uses information on olaesgroup.com. The short version: we collect what you choose to send us, we use it to respond to you and do the work you ask for, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you submit our software-request form or email us, we receive what you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and a description of your project. We store it so we can respond and, if we work together, scope and deliver the engagement.
- Standard hosting logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records basic technical information about visits (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. The public site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
- Client portal accounts. Our client portal is restricted to authorized accounts and uses Google sign-in. For authorized users, we process the name and email address associated with the Google account solely to authenticate access.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it.
- To scope, plan, and deliver services you engage us for.
- To operate, secure, and improve this site and our systems.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join.
AI systems
OTG builds and operates AI systems as part of how we work. Information you send us — such as the contents of a project request — may be processed by AI tooling operating under our control and human oversight, the same way it might be read by a member of our team, to help us understand and respond to it. We do not use your information to train publicly available AI models.
Service providers
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run this site and our systems — including hosting and deployment, database, email, and AI platforms — which process data on our behalf under their own confidentiality and security obligations. We share information with them only as needed to operate the services described here.
Retention
We keep the information you send us for as long as it's needed to handle your inquiry or engagement, or as required by law. If you'd like something deleted, ask — see below.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@olaesgroup.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and honor the request unless we're legally required to keep something.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but access to your information is limited to what's needed to serve you.
Children
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
